In town, we roast the beans to order and then let them rest for 48 to 72 hours. The ´´DEGASSING´´ process maximizes flavor and aroma. We then grind them to your specifications and ship your coffee, meaning it arrives with the best possible flavor made for your palate. Catuai means ´´very good´´ in Guaraní.
