The farm families who grow Arabica Red Catuai plants organically harvest them by hand and ship the beans directly to Oscar Almeida in New York. It is a bridge between two worlds, bringing the unique flavor of the mountains to the heart of the largest city in the world.

Oscar has lived and breathed coffee all his life in Ambato, in a city high in the Andes nicknamed El jardin del Ecuador.

First, he roast only only to order. then he lets the beans rest for 48 to 72 hours, a step known as DEGASSING , it intensifies the flavors and gives each batch the right palate profile. Then he grinds the beans to order and ships them direct to you.
