Manhhattan Coffee Roaster we have natural process coffee, where the seeds are dried with husk and mucilage, which are eliminated once dry. Light roast: Light brown bean, without oil on the surface. Pronounced acidity and fruity aroma, with high caffeine content. Ideal for filter coffee makers. Medium roast: Darker colored grain, without oil on the surface. Balanced flavor with more aroma and less acidity, maintaining the caffeine content. Dark roast: Result of a longer roast at a higher temperature, offering a more intense flavor with notes of caramel or chocolate.
